A Non-Returnable Deposit is Required on Booking Over 3 months prior to start date - 25% of total.Then 3 months prior to start date - A further 25%.3 months or less prior to start date - 50% of total.The 50% balance is due to be with us one month before the holiday start date.Suitable post dated cheques can be sent together if preferred. Prices quoted include Electricity, Central Heating Fuel, provision of Bed Linen, Towels and Tea Towels, in Plas Bach Cottage. All bookings are from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and you are required to vacate by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Due to us having many enquiries we can only guarantee to hold provisional bookings for 4 working days. 3/4 Night BREAKS can be booked in advance Nov. to March (marked* on prices). Other dates are mainly booked with week holidays, so breaks are then only available for late booking, if the week isn't booked.

PETS We will consider one well behaved dog. Please add £20 per week, £15 per short stay. Unfortunately Dogs are not allowed on most local beaches 1st May - 30th Sept. so please be aware of this when booking as your dog should not be left unattended in the cottage.
